HIIT STATIONS SEQUENCE 50 is a complete mind-body workout that incorporates all of the elements of fitness { cardiovascular training, strength, flexibility, mobility, multi-planer movement, core repair & rebuilding, fascia rebuilding and breath-work}

This 50 minute holistic workout that incorporates KETTLE BELLS, RESISTANCE BANDS & SPORTS SPECIFIC CARDIO DRILLS to ignite the metabolism, improve posture and flexibility while targeting the core and the boo-tay. HIIT STATIONS SEQUENCE will cinch your waist, tighten your thighs and hips and lift and round the boo-tay! This METABOLIC TRAINING format is designed to melt body fat, de-stress the mind and the leave your muscles trembling, while increasing your range of motion in your joints, ligaments and tissues. Orthopedic stretching, fascia stretching and mobility work is emphasized in the beginning and end of class to help maximize movement patterns and reorganize the entire body. All fitness levels welcome and modifications are always provided.
