Since the beginning of January 2013, I have worked with Christine to take my health to the next level. I considered myself a healthy person going into the program (fitness and diet), but was not satisfied with my weight. Since working with Christine, I have seen my overall health and energy level increase, my diet refined to becoming alkaline based, and setting a great example of what “healthy” looks like for my daughter.
As a single mother, I can relate to being too busy, too restrained by budgetary influences, and putting oneself last. Since working with Christine, I have a new found pride of providing a healthy organic-based kitchen, making time for exercise, and valuing the payoff of increased energy and feeling better. By following Christine’s insights on diet and exercise, I can fit in an intense workout in 15 minutes a day and plan my meals and shop for the week inside of an hour a week. All of my preconceived notions of getting fit being too hard, were eliminated.
As a woman in her late 30′s, I could also relate to thinking I was past my prime and I would never be able to look as good as I yearned for. Christine’s positive attitude, constant reinforcement and personalized coaching made me realize I can work hard and see results. After just returning from a Caribbean vacation 10 weeks after starting the program, my boyfriend said he has never seen my legs and rear look so good (and he’s known me for 19 years). Christine’s approach, coaching, classes, and lifestyle changes have given me the tools to make the changes to my life that I needed – for great legs (and butt)…for life.
