Prior to this session, you'll fill out paper work that will help me determine the best course of action for your health and fat-loss goals. We'll look at your current diet, medications and how they deplete your body of micro-nutrients, sleep, movement and more. Thrive Shred 90 Day Reset $627

This program is perfect for those who have established a few healthy behaviors, such as regular exercise and what they believe is healthy diet, but aren't seeing or feeling the results. If you aren't feeling well rested or energized or still struggle with sugar and food cravings, this program will help you re-style and upgrade your lifestyle. After a re-education, you will embark on a 1 OR 2 week cleanse, depending upon your current health.
