Ignite + Re-Balance + Recharge 50 In this 50-minute class you'll fire up the metabolism with a 30-minute NO IMPACT YOGA + PILATES HIIT that targets the core, legs, glutes, arms, and back. Next, you will melt into your mat and relax into both gentle and restorative yoga postures that help reduce cortisol while preparing the body for rest. Therapeutic light massage, essential oils and reiki are also administered to help relieve tension and balance your energy systems. You'll leave feeling like you've had a warm bath, nap, and hug. All fitness levels welcome and modifications are provided.
