Ignite + Re-Balance + Recharge 50 In this 50 minute class you'll fire up the metabolism with a 16 minute YOGA HIIT then melt into your mat and relax into both gentle and yin yoga postures that help reduce cortisol, while preparing the body for rest. Therapeutic light massage and reiki is also administered to help relieve tension and balance your energy systems. You'll leave feeling like you've had a warm bath, nap and hug. All fitness levels welcome and modifications are provided.
