Is there allot of cooking?
Not at all. It was designed to cook once eat three, even four or five times. Less time in the kitchen, more fun to be had!
Are the recipes complicated?
Not all all. All food can be found in your regular grocery store.
I don't like kale, can I swap it out?
YES! Baby spinach is a great beginner green!
Will I be hungry?
No way Jose'. You'll be eating 3 square meals, one snack and dessert!
Will I experience detox symptoms?
It depends on how you were eating prior. It's very unlikely unless you consume more than 2 cups of coffee daily.
Do I have to give up coffee and alcohol?
Yes, for best results. Herbal teas are fine! In the end, you all are wearing your big girl panties, so if you want to have ONE glass of red wine over the weekend, it's not going to be a big deal-it's the second and third glass when the body gets ticked off.
Can I exercise?
A plant based protein powder is recommended.
Is there any support or guidance with the program?
