It is, but we seem to get in our own way by getting stuck in all sorts of ruts (a.k.a. bad habits):

  • proccessed food rut
  • sleep deprivation rut
  • anti-exercise rut

  • I'll start in the new year rut
  • not packing a healthy lunch rut
