We offer both private and large group personal training sessions. Whether you prefer a more private experience or love the energy and dynamics of a group setting, each session is tailored to your fitness level and individual needs. Whether you are new to fitness, recovering from an injury, or want to improve your performance in your sport, our programming will help you achieve all of your health, fitness, and nutrition goals.
LARGE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (8)
Full Body Architecture 50 In this 50-minute class you'll fire up the metabolism with METABOLIC RESISTANCE TRAINING-which targets the core, legs, glutes, arms, and back. This helps build a strong body, and robust metabolism and prevents injuries. Next, you will melt into your mat and relax into both gentle and restorative yoga postures and breath work that help reduce cortisol while preparing the body for rest. . All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided.

Metabolic Resistance Training + Primal Patterns 50 In this 50-minute class we will target the 7 primal patterns:
1. squat 2. lunge 3. hip hinge 4. rotation 5. push 6. pull 7. gait Each class starts off with a 10-minute mobility and flexibility warm-up-up followed by a 20-30 minute circuit training style format with different exercises in the primal pattern sequence. There are so many different variations of these patterns, so we will build on new patterns each week! We will end class with targeted myofascial release and breathwork. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided.

In this 35-minute, comprehensive WORKOUT, we MEDITATE, MAXIMIZE METABOLISM & MAXIMIZE MOBILITY. FLO Friday+ 50 The perfect way to end the week of full-body workouts! FLO-Friday blends dynamic and fascia stretching, yoga and pilates to help elongate the connective tissue in the body. This helps hasten the healing process while reducing pain and dysfunction in the body.
