1:1 & 1:10: Private and Large Group Personal Training

We offer both private and large group personal training sessions. Whether you prefer a more private experience or love the energy and dynamics of a group setting, each session is tailored to your fitness level and individual needs. Whether you are new to fitness, recovering from an injury or want to improve your performance in your sport, our programming will help you achieve all of your health, fitness and nutrtion goals.

IGNITE+ RE-BALANCE + RECHARGE 50

Ignite + Re-Balance + Recharge 50 In this 50-minute class you'll fire up the metabolism with a 30-minute NO IMPACT YOGA + PILATES HIIT that targets the core, legs, glutes, arms, and back. Next, you will melt into your mat and relax into both gentle and restorative yoga postures that help reduce cortisol while preparing the body for rest. Therapeutic light massage, essential oils and reiki are also administered to help relieve tension and balance your energy systems. You'll leave feeling like you've had a warm bath, nap, and hug. All fitness levels welcome and modifications are provided.

FULL BODY CIRCUIT + PRIMAL PATTERNS 50

Full Body Circuit + Primal Patterns 50 In this 50-minute class we will target the 7 primal patterns:

1. squat 2. lunge 3. hip hinge 4. rotation 5. push 6. pull 7.gait Each class starts off with a 10-minute mobility and flexibility warm-up-up followed by a 20-30 minute circuit training style format with different exercises in the primal pattern sequence. There so many different variations of these patterns, so we will build on new patterns each week! We will end class targeted myofascial work and cool-down.. All fitness levels welcome and modifications are provided.

HIIT STATIONS SEQUENCE 50

HIIT STATIONS SEQUENCE 50 is a complete mind-body workout that incorporates all of the elements of fitness { cardiovascular training, strength, flexibility, mobility, multi-planer movement, core repair, fascia rebuilding, and breath-work}

This 50-minute holistic workout that incorporates BODYWEIGHT, KETTLEBELLS, RESISTANCE BANDS & SPORTS SPECIFIC CARDIO DRILLS to ignite the metabolism, improve posture and flexibility while targeting the entire kinetic chain. HIIT STATIONS SEQUENCE will cinch your waist, tighten your thighs and hips and lift and round the glutes! This format is designed to melt body fat, de-stress the mind and leave your muscles trembling, while increasing your range of motion in your joints, ligaments, and tissues. Orthopedic stretching, fascia stretching and mobility work is emphasized in the beginning and end of class to help maximize movement patterns and reorganize the entire body. All fitness levels welcome and modifications are always provided.

Fun Fri-YEAH Thrive Boot Camp + 50 We crank up the music and move through a variety of circuit stations focusing on strength, body-weight, mobility, flexibility, core, balance, and cardiovascular training! The tempo and timing change each week to keep the muscles guessing, while your body is being primed for the perfect environment for fat loss! All fitness levels welcome. 50 minutes
